Recently we went hiking in the Kellerwald, a forest I have been to as a kid about a dozen times but never realy noticed how beautifull it was.
As a kid I often went camping to the edersee with my parents. Sometimes we would walk into the forest. It’s a national park that protects the woods and the animals that live there. Kellerwald, they call it.
So we went there, and hiked for some hours. All we really saw was forest, but in it’s cleanest form. And at some points we had great views or nice details that we just had to stop at. Like you can see in the photos above, we had a lot of fun in the end!
We closed the day off with some coffee and a piece of cake in a nearby small home caffee. Really sweet place one of the forest rangers suggested us.
